Jude Bellingham Operated in an advanced spot out wide and did plenty of dirty work. Displayed moments of class and dragged a shot high. Substituted towards the end by a teammate, his competition, after being booked. Seven

The winger Was presented with England’s best chance before halftime, his effort excellently kept out from the Albanian keeper. As a teammate holding position, it fell to him to stretch the play out wide but his crosses from the touchline varied in quality. Substituted for the final quarter-hour. 6/10

Harry Kane The difference-maker netting two more finishes at international level. The first a trademark close-range tap-in while the second an excellent headed goal after peeling away away from the opposition. Aged 32, he’s only getting better and the side stand a real opportunity in the upcoming tournament with him up top. 8/10
